Frequently Asked Questions
It will take between 2-3 business days for us to process your order, after this shipping will typically take between 2-6 business days. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email and or text from us (if you do not see the email please check the "promotions" tab of your inbox). You will receive an additional email and or text from us with your shipping information once your order has been shipped out.
You will only be able to return or exchange an item if the item was damaged upon arrival. Outside of this we can unfortunately not offer a return or exchange. In order to start a return or exchange please contact us.
Unfortunately, after we are sold out no other orders can be placed. However, we will re-release the collection in the future; be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and text list in order to be notified so you can be the first to know!
You can subscribe to our newsletter or text list by either entering in your information in the pop-up when you first access the site or by scrolling to the bottom of the homepage and entering in your information. We will send you messages when a new collection is announced, when the collection is releasing, and a notification the day before the drop.
If there is an upcoming drop you will be able to find the time and date of the drop at the top of any page on our website. Typically any products in one collection will be available for one "collection cycle"; this will last 3 months before the items are no longer available for sale. IF YOU SEE THAT THE SIZE OR COLOR YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IS OUT OF STOCK SUBSCRIBE TO OUR EMAIL OR TEXT NOTIFICATIONS TO BE ALERTED WHEN THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN. Keep in mind however that in order for a product to be restocked it will still need to be a part of the current collection cycle.
