Lost or Stolen Packages

Saint Divino takes no responsibility for the shipping of any items after it has been handed over to our shipping partners. This means if your package is lost or stolen you will have to contact the shipping carriers directly for resolution. 

FREE Shipping (United States)

Once we have received your order items will typically be shipped out between 1-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been confirmed and another email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped out. After your item has shipped you can expect to receive your item within 5-6 business days. If your item is taking excessively long or appears to have been delivered to the wrong address please contact us.

EXPRESS Shipping (United States)

Once we have received your order items will typically be shipped out between 1-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been confirmed and another email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped out. After your item has shipped you can expect to receive your item within 2-3 business days. If your item is taking excessively long or appears to have been delivered to the wrong address please contact us.

[Pre-Orders] (United States)

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery! We will send an email confirming your Pre-Order and when your items have shipped. *This only applies to products if checkout button shows "Pre-order".

Canadian Shipping

*Any customs duties/taxes are expected to be paid by the customer. If the customer does not pay these duties/taxes on attempted delivery Saint Divino is not responsible for a failed delivery. Saint Divino will not offer a refund if these fees are left unpaid. Please check the bottom of our terms of service for more information. 

Any orders shipping to Canada may take longer than the listed times. These times are typically a few days to a week longer for delivery.
